Purchasing Tickets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All tickets for The Castro may be purchased in advance online through apeconcerts.com<\/a> or thecastro.com. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

BOX OFFICE HOURS & INFORMATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Castro Box Office is located at 429 Castro St, San Francisco, CA 94114<\/strong><\/mark><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

HOURS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We do not have regular box office hours at The Castro but we are open for sales 30 minutes prior to doors on all show nights. Please note that presale tickets are only available online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If there are still tickets available to purchase on the day of the event, you may purchase them in person at the box office. Some shows sell very quickly and do not always have tickets available on the day of the show, so we suggest you buy tickets ahead of time.

The box office accepts:
Visa, American Express, Discover and Mastercard and digital methods of payment. Checks are NOT accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please remember to check your tickets before leaving the window as all sales are final \u2014 tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

CASHLESS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Castro is a cashless venue! Credit cards, debit cards, and digital methods of payment are accepted at all points of sale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

ACCESSIBLE TICKETS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\n

To purchase  accessible seating, click the “request accessible tickets” link on the Ticketmaster event page or in person at The Castro\u2019s box office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have tickets for a show but were unable to get accessible seating, we will be able to accommodate you on the night of the show and you do not need to make reservations in advance. We recommend that you arrive close to door time (as space is first come, first served) and ask for our ADA liaison at the entrance who will be able to escort you to an accessible section in the venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have a specific concern or accessibility request for an upcoming event, please contact us in advance so we can best accommodate your needs at contact@anotherplanetent.com<\/mark><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

WILL CALL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Will Call window opens approximately 30 minutes prior to doors for each show. Be sure to bring photo ID, the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets, and your Ticketmaster order number as any or all of these may be required for ticket pick up.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

REFUNDS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All tickets are purchased on a no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations basis and are only usable for the day, date and time selected at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Be wary of buying tickets from any third party website. The Castro has no way of validating, or replacing tickets that have been purchased through any website other than thecastro.com<\/a>, apeconcerts.co<\/a>m, ticketmaster.com<\/a>, or ticketweb.com. We cannot seat or refund you for an invalidated ticket.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

RESCHEDULED AND CANCELED SHOWS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If a show is canceled or rescheduled, you may return to the point of purchase to request a refund. If you purchased tickets in person at The Castro\u2019s Box Office and would like to request a refund, please reach out to contact@anotherplanetent.com<\/strong><\/mark><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
